Hey my darlings,

I’m Steph! I’ve lived and breathed the beauty industry for as long as I can remember. I started my journey at just 15, working multiple jobs so I could put myself through a little beauty school in Byron Bay. That’s where everything began.

Since then, I’ve built my dream career from the ground up. I co-founded BrowandLashCo and grew it into six beauty salons, a hair studio, a retail store, an academy, and a wholesale distribution company. Along the way, I also created my own beauty, brow, and lash product range, now loved and used by artists across Australia.

And because I’m forever evolving, I stepped into the hair world too. I now own a premium hair salon and created my very own Base Hair Extensions range and Base Hair care line — another dream turned into reality!

I’ve been teaching since 2017, in-person, online, and everywhere in between. This isn’t my first academy, but it is my most perfected. I’ve poured years of experience into creating a faster, more streamlined, and more productive way for you to learn and build the kind of career and freedom-filled lifestyle I’ve created for myself.

Outside of business, my biggest joy is raising my beautiful 6 year old son, Romeo. I’m also back with one of my high school friends (someone I’ve known since I was 15!) and life feels full-circle in the sweetest way.
